Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif once again condemned Israel’s recent attacks on Iran and reaffirmed Pakistan’s support for the Iranian people and government during the current regional tensions.
He conveyed these sentiments during a meeting with Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan, Reza Amiri Moghadam, held on the sidelines of the International Maritime Expo and Conference in Islamabad.
The Prime Minister expressed that the entire Pakistani nation stands with Iran in its grief, especially in light of the loss of innocent lives.
Referring to his recent phone call with the Iranian President, Shehbaz Sharif stated that Pakistan has voiced its support for Iran at the United Nations Security Council, emphasizing that Israel’s actions are a blatant violation of the UN Charter and international law.
