Pakistani Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, Farrukh Habib on Thursday emphasized that the present government was committed to further enhancing cultural ties between Pakistan and China.
Addressing a film screening ‘The Shadow’ organized in collaboration with the ministry of Information and Broadcasting and the Chinese embassy in Pakistan, he maintained that the cultural and film exchanges between the two countries is welcoming.
Farrukh Habib contended that both Pakistan and China were screening films from both sides to understand each other’s culture.
Deputy head of mission Chinese embassy Pang Chunxue extended gratitude to the organizers of the two countries for screening of the film.
She said the recent visit of Pakistan Prime Minister to China has importance as both countries have unique relations spanned over 70 years.
