Naqvi highlights China’s development as model for world highlighting deep rooted friendship between China and Pakistan.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met with Chinese Consul General Zhao Shiren to congratulate him on China’s National Day.
Naqvi commended China’s development under President Xi Jinping, acknowledging the country’s significant achievements in progress and growth.
He also highlighted the deep and enduring bond between Pakistan and China, describing China as Pakistan’s “most trusted and sincere friend.”
Naqvi emphasized China’s rapid growth as a global model and acknowledged its pivotal role in stabilizing Pakistan’s economy, particularly through the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), reaffirming the strength of their lasting friendship.
Consul General Zhao Shiren expressed his appreciation for amendments made by Pakistan’s Interior Ministry in response to Chinese business interests and reiterated that China considers Pakistan its “best friend,” ensuring continued cooperation between the two nations.
Senior officials from the Chinese consulate attended the meeting, where both sides discussed ways to further strengthen bilateral relations and mutual interests.
