Federal Minister for Planning, Professor Ahsan Iqbal, held a meeting with His Excellency Luo Zhaohui, Chairman of the Chinese Development Agency (CIDCA) and a long-standing friend of Pakistan as well as a former ambassador.
During the World Conference on Blue Economy in Kunming, an agreement was signed to enhance mutual cooperation between Pakistan and CIDCA. Professor Ahsan Iqbal is currently visiting China to attend a seminar organized under the framework of CPEC Phase 2.
