Huawei Digital Power Pakistan has introduced a new residential hybrid energy system to help households better manage electricity usage, lower their energy bills, and maintain power during outages. The system was unveiled at the “Huawei Powering Pakistan – Advancing Energy Through Innovation” event held in Karachi. It features hybrid inverters (SUN2000-5-12K-MAP0 and SUN2000-12-25K-MB0 models) and LUNA2000 lithium-ion battery packs available in 7kWh, 14kWh, and 21kWh configurations.
The system works by converting solar energy into usable electricity and storing surplus power for use at night or during grid outages. It comes equipped with SmartGuard Safety Devices and offers real-time monitoring via a mobile app to track energy consumption. This technology is tailored to tackle Pakistan’s local energy challenges, such as load shedding and high electricity costs.
Huawei emphasized that the system is user-friendly and backed by local service support. The company also introduced an Installers Rewards Program, offering certified installers reward points and exclusive benefits for each successful installation.
JinYu, Managing Director of Huawei Digital Power, stated that the initiative is part of the company’s commitment to advancing energy independence in Pakistan. He noted that the new solution is tailored to Pakistani households and supports the broader shift toward clean and sustainable energy.
