The Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) of Gwadar, Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman Baloch, officially inaugurated the newly constructed girls’ hostel at Gwadar University on Tuesday. The project, previously announced by Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, aims to provide secure and quality accommodation for female students, particularly those coming from outside the city.
Addressing the ceremony, the MPA highlighted that the hostel would not only solve housing challenges but also foster a supportive and conducive learning environment for female students. The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Abdul Razaq Sabir, praised the provincial government for facilitating this development and emphasized its role in strengthening women’s education. The inauguration was attended by university officials, faculty members, and distinguished guests, reflecting the shared commitment to promoting female education in Gwadar.
