 E-Commerce development empowers “Belt and Road”

 “Expanding business through the Internet has become very secure and easy to operate in recent years. For example, the development of cross-border e-commerce is in full swing, so it is necessary to have a preliminary understanding of cross-border e-commerce operation models, logistics methods and payment tools, and increase awareness of digital trade and digital Economic understanding. ” Ms. Sehrish Arshid Mehmood said on the Closing Ceremony of the Seminar on E-Commerce Development Strategy for Belt and Road Countries as Representative of Participants from Pakistan on Monday.

Ms. Sehrish Arshid thanked the organizer for providing such a high-qualityplatform for representatives from different countries to share their diverse experiences and wisdom. Mr. Diao Jiandong, President, Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College, expressed his hope that the students would apply the knowledge and experience they have learned to their work and improve people’s lives. Since the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, various undertakings in China have developed rapidly. Mr. Diao highlighted that, “I hope that the trainees can become messengers to enhance the friendly relations between China and their host countries, and China and Belt and Road countries will reach more mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation projects.”

Ms. Leng Yanbing, Deputy Director of Culture and Tourism Department of China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area stated that SCODA has always attached importance to and actively promoted international cooperation and knowledge sharing. She hopes that all trainees can build a bridge of friendship and cooperation with SCODA. Mr. Wang Zihai, Executive Director of Pakistan China Center also expressed his hope that the trainees can empower the knowledge and transfer it the business reality.

The 14-day online seminar was sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, organized by Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College, co-organized by China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area and Pakistan China Center. 59 officials and senior management talents in large enterprises from the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Mathematical economy and Entrepreneurship, the Ministry of Planning and Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Irrigation and Communications Consulting companies from 10 countries, including Pakistan, Jordan, Myanmar, etc attended the seminar. It is learnt that Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College will continue to organize the China Aid Training Programs, involving trade, logistics, finances, diplomacy, public administration, business attraction and a vegetable planting and other fields.
