Wang Yi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and China’s Foreign Minister, is set to participate in the 11th Trilateral Foreign Ministers’ Meeting between China, Japan, and South Korea. The meeting will take place in Tokyo, Japan, on March 22.
As part of his visit to Japan, Wang Yi will also co-chair the Sixth China-Japan High-Level Economic Dialogue alongside Japanese Foreign Minister Takeshi Iwaya, according to a statement from the Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson on Tuesday.
