China and Vietnam have reaffirmed their commitment to advancing a China-Vietnam community with shared strategic significance as they marked the 75th anniversary of their bilateral relations during a celebration in Beijing on Friday.
Li Hongzhong, vice chairman of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee, attended the event and highlighted the enduring strength of China-Vietnam friendship, which has deepened over the past 75 years.
Li, who is also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, stated that China is ready to collaborate closely with Vietnam under the strategic guidance of their top leaders to build this shared community, ensuring greater benefits for the people of both nations.
