China-U.S. commercial, trade working group to hold second vice-ministerial meeting which will involve comprehensive discussions on various issues.

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced that the second vice-ministerial meeting of the China-U.S. commercial and trade working group will take place on September 7 in Tianjin, a city in northern China.

Wang Shouwen, China’s International Trade Representative and Vice Minister of Commerce, will co-chair the meeting with Marisa Lago, the U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade, as stated by MOC spokesperson He Yadong during a press conference.

The meeting will involve comprehensive discussions on various issues, including concerns related to economic and trade policies, demands from businesses, and practical cooperation between the two countries.

The initial vice-ministerial meeting of this working group was conducted in April of this year.
