Li emphasized that China-Cambodia relations are now at the forefront of efforts to develop a shared future for mankind, with their longstanding friendship further strengthened.

Li suggested both countries use their strong bilateral relationship to counter global uncertainties and to work together in advancing economic development and safeguarding mutual interests.
He also highlighted the need to align China’s Belt and Road Initiative with Cambodia’s Pentagonal Strategy and to expedite the launch of key cooperation projects such as the Industrial Development Corridor and the Fish and Rice Corridor.

On law enforcement, Li acknowledged progress in joint efforts against cross-border crimes and stressed the importance of further safeguarding public safety in both countries.
He noted growing global instability and reiterated China’s intent to work closely with Cambodia and regional partners to promote unity, oppose unilateralism, and support multilateral trade and supply chain security.
