Pak-China Bilateral Meeting: Fortifying Friendship and Forging New Frontiers
In a significant development at the Third Belt and Road Forum (BRF) in Beijing, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Kakar of Pakistan engaged in bilateral talks with Chinese Premier Li Qiang. Their discussions went beyond the ceremonial niceties, delving into the depths of Pakistan-China relations and the multifaceted avenues for collaboration between the two nations.

Premier Li Qiang, in response, acknowledged the steady growth of bilateral cooperation and the positive momentum of CPEC projects. He expressed his hope that a consensus at the leadership level would further boost trade and economic relations between Pakistan and China, solidifying the strong economic partnership.
In a ceremony witnessed by both Prime Ministers, several Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and agreements were signed, spanning a diverse array of sectors. These agreements encompassed commerce, communication, transport, connectivity, food security, research, media exchanges, space cooperation, urban sustainable development, capacity building, mineral development, industrial cooperation, climate change, and vaccine development. These agreements not only signify the depth of collaboration between the two countries but also pave the way for concrete action on multiple fronts.
