Iotova emphasized the event’s significance as both a celebration of the strong Bulgarian-Chinese ties and a platform to discuss future opportunities for cooperation in various areas.

Dai Qingli highlighted the importance of the previous year, marking the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Bulgaria. She mentioned that the Embassy hosted over 20 events as part of the anniversary celebrations, further strengthening the traditional friendship between the two nations.
“The success of these anniversary events has deepened our ties, fostered collaboration in various fields, and enhanced mutual understanding and friendship between the Chinese and Bulgarian people,” Dai said.
Looking forward, Dai expressed her eagerness to cultivate even stronger ties. “We look forward to working with our Bulgarian counterparts to promote high-level exchanges, strengthen political trust, and achieve tangible cooperation outcomes to improve the well-being of our people,” she added.
