Lucky Motor Corporation has signed a strategic partnership with Guangzhou Automobile Group, marking the entry of one of China’s largest automobile manufacturers into Pakistan.The partnership will introduce new energy vehicle brands Aion and Hyptec in Pakistan, with details on product lineup and dealership networks expected soon.
GAC, a Fortune 500 company, is known for its strong presence in electric vehicles, battery technology, and advanced mobility solutions, with Aion and Hyptec ranking among China’s top NEV brands.The collaboration is expected to expand Pakistan’s electric and hybrid vehicle market by bringing advanced EV technology, innovative battery systems, and sustainable mobility solutions to local consumers.
Lucky Motor said the partnership will also support localization, job creation, technology transfer, and long-term industrial development in Pakistan’s automotive sector.Industry experts believe GAC’s entry could reshape competition in Pakistan’s emerging EV segment by offering advanced, competitively priced electric vehicles.
