On March 29, China launched its first automated production line for humanoid robots in Guangdong, with an annual capacity of 10,000 units.
The production line features 24 precision assembly processes, with a robot rolling off the line every 30 minutes, increasing efficiency by 50%.This development supports flexible, multi-model production and marks a new stage in the mass production of humanoid robots in China.
Industry experts say the move positions China at the forefront of robotics manufacturing and showcases advancements in automation and smart production technologies.The launch also aligns with China’s broader strategy to accelerate commercialization and mass adoption of humanoid robots across various sectors.
