China has expressed condolences over the tragic shopping mall fire in Karachi, Pakistan, offering sympathies to victims and their families.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun conveyed wishes for a swift recovery to the injured and emphasized Beijing’s concern for those affected.
The fire in Karachi’s multi-storey mall has resulted in 60 fatalities, with at least 30 bodies recovered from one shop, according to local officials.
