The talks emphasized next-generation digital connectivity, including 5G networks, and their role in boosting economic growth, productivity, and public services. Both sides explored collaboration on digital skills training, cashless financial systems, and technology-driven disaster preparedness.
Ericsson officials praised Pakistan’s efforts to upgrade IT infrastructure and highlighted the recent 5G spectrum auction. The meeting strengthened prospects for long-term partnerships and reinforced Pakistan’s focus on secure, resilient, and technology-enabled development.
