Pakistan has voiced strong criticism of the Israeli military operations across Gaza, which reportedly resulted in multiple civilian casualties, including women and children. The government highlighted the severe humanitarian impact of these attacks.
The Foreign Office stated that such actions breach international law, relevant UN resolutions, and undermine recently concluded peace agreements, including the Sharm el-Sheikh accord. Pakistan emphasized that global efforts for lasting peace in the region are being threatened.
Authorities reiterated the need for immediate steps from the international community to halt Israeli violations, protect human rights, and uphold humanitarian law. Pakistan stressed that accountability is essential for preventing further escalation.
Pakistan also reaffirmed its principled support for the establishment of a sovereign, independent Palestinian state based on pre-June 1967 borders, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital, highlighting its commitment to a just and peaceful resolution.
