Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the Iranian Embassy in Islamabad today, where he signed the condolence book to pay tribute to the martyrs and injured following the recent Israeli aggression against Iran.
During his visit, the Prime Minister extended heartfelt condolences to the Iranian people and government, reaffirming Pakistan’s unwavering solidarity with Iran in this challenging time.
He praised the courage and resilience of the Iranian nation and offered prayers for the souls of the martyrs and the speedy recovery of those injured in the attacks.
Prime Minister Shehbaz also assured Iran of Pakistan’s continued support and conveyed his good wishes and respect for Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatullah Ali Khamenei and President Dr. Massoud Pezeshkian.
He was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Special Assistants to the Prime Minister Tariq Fatemi, and Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch.
Upon arrival at the embassy, the Prime Minister was warmly received by Iranian Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghaddam.
