Security forces have eliminated nine India-backed Khwarij terrorists in three distinct operations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to a statement from ISPR, four India-sponsored Khwarij were killed during a fierce exchange of fire in an intelligence-based operation carried out by security forces in Dera Ismail Khan district.
In a separate intelligence-led operation in Tank district, security personnel took down two more India-sponsored Khwarij.
A third encounter occurred in the general area of Bagh in Khyber district, where troops successfully neutralized three additional India-sponsored Khwarij.
The slain terrorists were found in possession of weapons and ammunition and had been involved in various acts of terrorism in the region.
Security forces have launched sanitization operations to clear the area of any remaining threats, reaffirming their commitment to eradicating India-sponsored terrorism from Pakistan.
