The Pakistan Army on Tuesday successfully shot down an Indian quadcopter that had entered Pakistani airspace near the Line of Control (LoC) in the Manawar area of Bhimber district.
Security sources revealed that the Indian drone was engaged in surveillance activities when it was swiftly intercepted and neutralized by Pakistani forces.
Officials noted that this swift action prevented a potential espionage attempt, underscoring the Army’s high level of vigilance, operational skill, and commitment to national defense.
They further emphasized that the Pakistan Army remains on high alert, ready to counter any hostile action decisively and efficiently.
As of now, Indian authorities have not issued any official comment regarding the incident.
