China is set to host a trilateral meeting with Russia and Iran in Beijing on March 14 to discuss the Iranian nuclear issue, a spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry announced on Wednesday.
The meeting will be chaired by Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu, with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov Sergey Alexeevich and Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi in attendance. The three sides will engage in discussions on the Iranian nuclear issue as well as other topics of shared interest, the spokesperson stated.
