Chinese business delegation visits Qatar to boost bilateral ties and economic relations.
A Chinese business delegation, organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), recently visited Qatar from Saturday to Monday. The visit aimed to enhance bilateral trade and economic relations while fostering mutually beneficial cooperation between the two nations.
During the visit, CCPIT Vice President Yu Jianlong led discussions with Qatari officials and business representatives, including those from the Investment Promotion Agency Qatar and QatarEnergy. These engagements resulted in the signing of several cooperation agreements.
The delegation provided Qatari political and business leaders with insights into China’s economic prospects and its latest measures to further open its market.
Expressing a commitment to strengthening business and industrial partnerships, the delegation emphasized its focus on deepening Belt and Road cooperation and reinforcing collaboration under platforms like the China-Arab States Summit.
Additionally, Qatari businesses were invited to participate in the third China International Supply Chain Expo in Beijing from July 16 to 20, with the aim of expanding industrial and supply chain cooperation between the two countries.
