Chinese vice president to attend inauguration of Indonesian president

Chinese Vice President Han Zheng, serving as the special representative of President Xi Jinping, will attend the inauguration of President Prabowo Subianto in Jakarta on October 20, following an invitation from the Indonesian government. Han will also visit Indonesia from October 19 to 21, as announced by foreign ministry spokesperson Mao Ning on Friday.

Han Zheng has also been invited by the Brunei government to visit Brunei from October 21 to 23, according to Mao Ning.
