34 students from University of Gwadar receive scholarship to boost education in Balochistan.
In a significant step toward advancing higher education in Balochistan, Pakistan, 34 students from the University of Gwadar (UG) were awarded the Chinese Ambassador Special Scholarship Balochistan (CASSB) Phase II on Wednesday. This initiative is part of China’s continued efforts to support education in Pakistan, aiming to ease financial constraints and encourage academic excellence among Pakistani students.
The scholarship awards were distributed at a ceremony held in the university’s Seminar Hall, organized by UG’s Financial Aid and Scholarship Office. Alongside the Chinese ambassadorial scholarships, 55 female students received full four-year tuition scholarships from the Sahil Welfare Association in collaboration with the Pakistan Navy, further promoting educational opportunities in the region.
