Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday, marking the start of his official state visit to Malaysia.
Upon his arrival, President Xi expressed his desire to use the opportunity to deepen the traditional friendship between the two countries and strengthen mutual political trust.
In a written statement at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Xi emphasized the importance of enhancing cooperation in modernization efforts, promoting cultural exchanges, and further developing the China-Malaysia community with a shared future.
He also conveyed his hope that the visit would produce substantial results and usher in a new era of partnership, paving the way for the “Golden 50 Years” of China-Malaysia relations.
