A fully-loaded SF Airlines freighter transported 3 tons of Pakistani pine nuts to Ezhou Huahu International Airport via the “Ezhou-Lahore” cargo route. After customs clearance, the pine nuts were sent to Yiwu and distributed across China. The efficient cargo route has greatly facilitated trade between China and Pakistan. Pakistan, the fifth-largest pine nut producer globally, is China’s primary supplier, providing 42% of its pine nut imports.
Launched on January 13, the “Ezhou-Lahore” route strengthens trade relations, allowing easier market access for Chinese and Pakistani products. To support this growth, Ezhou Customs provides 24/7 clearance services, including “one-stop” and “one-click” options. Huahu International Airport has become a critical hub, with over 200 international cargo flights weekly and monthly flights exceeding 3,000, ranking third in the country.
Chinese logistics firms have also streamlined transportation, significantly improving efficiency. Supported by SF Logistics, pine nuts from Lahore now reach their destinations in China within just 24 hours, reducing transit times and boosting trade flow between the two nations.
