Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar stated that India is attempting to destabilize Balochistan through its proxy networks, but its malicious efforts are bound to fail.
Speaking to the media after meeting with the families of children injured in the tragic Khuzdar bus incident, Tarar commended the children’s profound sacrifice and called the event deeply painful for the entire nation.
He announced plans to arrange a visit for both national and international media to Khuzdar to present an accurate picture of the ground realities.
Tarar condemned India for targeting innocent civilians following its embarrassing failure in Operation Bunyanun Marsus.
He emphasized that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir are fully committed to eradicating terrorism and turning Balochistan into a region of peace.
The minister added that all political forces, leaders, and national institutions are united in the mission to bring stability and peace to Balochistan.
Responding to a question, he assured that every necessary action and legal reform would be pursued to ensure terrorists face strict punishment.
In response to another query, he termed the recent global attention on the Kashmir issue a significant diplomatic achievement for Pakistan.
During his visit, the minister also met with the families of the children who were martyred or injured in the Khuzdar tragedy.
