These reforms have not only addressed land and labor challenges within the park but have also established Heinidi as a key player in cultivating colorful chrysanthemums, nurturing skilled professional flower farmers with enhanced earning potential.

Efforts to boost the community’s economy focus on three main strategies:

Resource Utilization: Leasing the community’s stone quarry generates an annual income of 50,000 yuan. In addition, rural tourism, driven by the cultivation of 80 acres of Tabebuia chrysantha, attracted over 30,000 tourists in just two weeks, contributing 174,500 yuan.
Reuse of Assets: Investment of 76 acres of collective land into flower enterprises has raised revenue by 170,000 yuan. Then, transforming idle land into a restaurant and collaborating with Lanting Hotel for community homestays have generated additional incomes of 50,000 and 40,000 yuan, respectively.
Service Coordination: A labor service company facilitates land transfers, labor management, and conflict resolution within the park, contributing an extra 50,000 yuan annually.
