Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif met with President Asif Ali Zardari at Aiwan-e-Sadr, where he apprised the President of the ongoing Indian aggression and Pakistan’s robust counter-response under “Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos.”
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, and Law Minister Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar.
President Zardari praised the Armed Forces for their exemplary professionalism and courage in responding decisively to India’s unprovoked missile attacks.
He noted that Pakistan, despite being a peace-loving nation, had shown great restraint but was compelled to act in defence of its sovereignty due to India’s continued hostilities.
The President emphasized that the nation is fully united behind its Armed Forces and remains committed to defending Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity at all costs.
