PM Shehbaz, political leaders express support for Armed Forces who have given a befitting response to India’s provocations.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that Pakistan’s armed forces have delivered a robust and coordinated response to India’s aggression, avenging the loss of innocent civilian lives.

He conveyed these remarks during phone calls with various political leaders including PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar, JUI-F leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman, MQM Convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Jamaat-e-Islami’s Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman, BAP head Khalid Hussain Magsi, and PML-Q leader Chaudhry Salik Hussain.

The Prime Minister briefed these political leaders on the current volatile situation and Pakistan’s retaliatory measures in response to Indian attacks.

He emphasized that India initiated the conflict through missile and drone strikes on Pakistani territory.

Despite these provocations, Pakistan initially demonstrated maximum restraint.

However, he noted that India once again carried out missile strikes targeting the Nur Khan Airbase and other areas earlier in the day.

These attacks, he pointed out, were directed at innocent and defenseless civilians.

Shehbaz Sharif lauded the armed forces for delivering a strong counterstrike in response to India’s repeated acts of aggression.

He detailed that during Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos, Pakistan precisely targeted the Indian military bases that were the source of the attacks, and expressed pride in the armed forces’ performance.

The Prime Minister congratulated the nation and political leadership on the success of the military operation.

He reaffirmed Pakistan’s resolve to counter any Indian attempts to undermine its sovereignty.

The political leaders praised the armed forces for their strategic discipline, bravery, and professional conduct.

They also assured the Prime Minister of their unwavering support and reaffirmed the unity of the nation during this critical period.

The Prime Minister expressed sincere appreciation for their solidarity and backing.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, in particular, commended the Prime Minister’s exemplary leadership amid escalating tensions and applauded the armed forces for their professional and firm response to Indian hostility.

He emphasized that the entire Pakistani nation stands united with its military in defending the country’s sovereignty.
