PM praises positive trajectory of Pakistan-Kyrgyzstan ties as he met Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, on the sidelines of the SCO summit.
The Prime Minister expressed gratitude for Kyrgyzstan’s positive and active participation in the SCO meeting and acknowledged Kyrgyzstan’s support for Pakistan’s role as the SCO Chair.
Shehbaz Sharif highlighted the warm and brotherly relations between Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan, expressing satisfaction with the positive trajectory of their bilateral ties.
He emphasized Pakistan’s strong commitment to further deepening cooperation with Kyrgyzstan, urging the exploration of new areas of collaboration, particularly in trade, investment, people-to-people exchanges, and regional connectivity.
Akylbek Japarov congratulated Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on successfully organizing the SCO meeting and praised the excellent arrangements made for the visiting delegations.
He expressed gratitude to Pakistan for the warm hospitality extended to him and his delegation.
The Kyrgyz leader affirmed his country’s desire to continue collaborating with Pakistan to enhance bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual benefit for both nations.
