ISLAMABAD (July 19): The Pakistan-China Friendship Centre witnessed a significant number of visitors, on the second day of the three-day Dream Home Expo.
According to details, the event was organized by the Jang Media Group, which attracted people seeking guidance from builders, developers, and property dealers on house building and real estate investment opportunities.
Furthermore, over 100 companies from the real estate and related industries set up stalls, offering discounts and deals on new housing schemes.
Participants at the expo included Mid City, Capital Smart City, Zyro Marketing, Zamindar, Muhafiz City, Investment Edge, Elan Marketing, Mega City, Nova City, J Seven Group, Golden Tulip, Signature, Park View, and Etihad Aluminum.
In addition, the architects and layout planners were also present to provide expert advice. The expo concluded after three days.
The organizers highlighted that the event provided a platform for housing and investment options, allowing developers and builders to connect with potential clients.
Moreover, they also emphasized the importance of understanding people’s requirements and addressing the challenges faced by housing, construction, and related industries.
Stallholders stated that the need for government support in incentivizing builders, developers, and related industrialists to meet the growing demand for housing in Pakistan.
They expressed that focusing on the development of the real estate sector would contribute to resolving the country’s economic challenges.
Besides, the visitors appreciated the initiative taken by the Jang Group, mentioning that they received valuable consultations on property buying, building, and investment.
