Pakistan’s National Security Adviser, Lieutenant General Muhammad Asim Malik, is currently on an official visit to China, where he participated in the meeting of the Secretaries of the Security Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
At the session, Lt. Gen. Malik reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to global peace, stability, and security, stressing the country’s constructive role in supporting regional peace amid the shifting international environment.
He also held high-level discussions with Chinese officials, during which both sides agreed to deepen security cooperation and further strengthen bilateral ties.
Lt. Gen. Malik underscored Pakistan’s policy of peaceful coexistence with neighboring countries and reiterated its commitment to fostering regional harmony and mutual understanding.
