Asad Ali Bajwa, the deputy attorney general, informed the ministry of the LHC’s directives and would also tell the High Court of the actions done on behalf of the Federal government.
With the help of Chinese specialists and in coordination with the Punjab government, steps would be done to reduce smog. The pollution control specialists’ information would be gathered by the Pakistani ambassador in China and relayed to the ministry.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tuesday decided to take help from Chinese experts for the eradication of smog on the orders of the Lahore High Court (LHC) and wrote a letter to Ambassador in China, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Deputy Attorney General Asad Ali Bajwa informed the ministry about LHC’s orders and he will be informing the High Court about the steps taken by the government on behalf of the Federal government.
Measures for Smog elimination will be taken in collaboration with the Punjab government and hiring Chinese experts. The Pakistani Ambassador in China will gather information about the smog control experts and inform the ministry about it.
