Foreign ambassadors visit clean energy industries near Beijing in Hebei province to gather insights of China’s high-quality development.

More than 30 ambassadors, diplomats, and representatives from over 20 embassies and international organizations visited new energy enterprises and projects in Hebei province, China. The tour aimed to enhance understanding of China’s high-quality development and foster international cooperation.

The diplomats showed particular interest in integrated wind and solar energy storage facilities, as well as electric vehicle production lines. These projects, which provide green electricity to cities, highlight China’s progress in new energy technologies.

IAN MARSHALL, Ambassador of Grenada to China, remarked on the impressive range of hydrogen applications in domestic products like cars, expressing optimism about potential strategic collaborations.

NING HONG, reporting from Zhangjiakou, Hebei, noted that many of these new energy projects have become economic pillars in the region, contributing significantly to local development.

As China advances in new energy, it has gained a leading position in various areas, such as wind, solar, and hydrogen energy, as well as in the manufacturing of electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles. These companies have seen rapid growth due to the sustainable energy sector’s development and have established collaborations with countries around the world.

ANDREY TEHOV, Ambassador of Bulgaria to China, praised the top-tier technology on display, which he believes could lead to mutually beneficial cooperation. He mentioned Bulgaria’s ongoing collaboration with China, including the import of buses, and expressed hope for future growth in hydrogen fuel technology partnerships.

Yu Min, general manager of SinoHytec Power Technology Co., Ltd. gives an introduction on the company to foreign diplomats and representatives of international organizations

During the three-day tour, representatives from China and abroad engaged in business discussions, with both sides expressing confidence in the future of sustainable energy cooperation.
