The third session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), China’s highest political advisory body, concluded its proceedings on Monday morning.
Chinese President Xi Jinping, along with other senior leaders, was present at the meeting held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
During the session, several key resolutions were approved, including one on the work report of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee. Additionally, resolutions were passed regarding the handling of proposals from political advisors since the last annual session, the review of new proposals, and a political resolution on the current session.
CPPCC National Committee Chairman Wang Huning addressed the gathering, delivering a speech at the closing meeting.
