CPEC making progress, will revitalize Pakistan’s economy: SAPM Khalid Mansoor

While addressing a press conference, SAPM on CPEC Khalid Mansoor highlighted how the flagship project has attracted USD 25 billion of investment in various projects. He added that projects worth of USD 12 billion are almost nearing completion. Khalid Mansoor highlighted that under this bilateral cooperation, pre-built houses and electronic vehicles will soon be introduced in Pakistan. He also added that as China has developed advanced technologies in boosting agricultural produce, these will also be introduced in Pakistan. While talking about the mobile phone industry, Khalid Mansoor also said that Oppo will soon start its production here. He said that as CPEC enters second phase, more focus is being given on Special Economic Zones, and promised complete facilitation for investors. He concluded by saying that all political parties of Pakistan have pledged their full commitment to CPEC2.
