Eligible Nationalities:

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants should have an undergraduate or first degree from an accredited college or university, or its equivalent. Current undergraduate students must be on track to complete all degree requirements before August 1 of their enrollment year.
There is no specific field of undergraduate study required, but candidates should demonstrate how participation in the program will contribute to their leadership development within their chosen field. Candidates must be at least 18 years old but not yet 29 years old as of August 1 of their enrollment year. Strong English language skills are necessary, and proficiency can be demonstrated through standardized tests.
Application Procedure:
To apply, create an online account, fill in the application form with personal, educational, and professional details, and submit required documents, including a resume, transcripts, essays, letters of recommendation, and optional video. The application period for USA and global applicants is from April to September 2024, and for Chinese applicants, it is from January to May 2024.
