Li emphasized that, under the strategic leadership of their respective heads of state, China and Mongolia have sustained positive and stable relations in recent years. He expressed that China highly values its partnership with Mongolia and sees it as a priority in regional diplomacy.
Li stressed the importance of implementing the agreements reached by both leaders to enhance practical cooperation, which would benefit the people of both countries. He noted that China will further align its development strategy with Mongolia’s, strengthen trade and investment, and collaborate on infrastructure projects in areas such as port connectivity, mining, and hydropower.
The premier also encouraged expanding cooperation in emerging fields like high-tech and green industries, inviting capable Chinese businesses to invest in Mongolia.
Li added that China aims to work with Mongolia and other Asian nations to promote peace, unity, and cooperation, strengthening communication within frameworks like the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
Prime Minister Oyun-Erdene reaffirmed Mongolia’s commitment to the one-China policy and mutual respect on key issues. He expressed Mongolia’s readiness to deepen collaboration with China in energy, urban planning, and desertification control, and to explore new areas such as artificial intelligence, green development, and human resources.
