Mr. Qian Feng, Director of the Research Department at Tsinghua University’s National Strategy Institute, said that friendly relations between Pakistan and China are expected to improve further following the election of Shehbaz Sharif as the country’s new Prime Minister. He stated that since Shahbaz Sharif was elected as Pakistan’s new prime minister, he emphasized the two nations’ relationship, which the Chinese Foreign Ministry has reiterated. Mr. Feng also stated that, as a result of recent encouraging remarks from both sides, China-Pakistan relations are expected to further strengthen.
Chinese experts say that the friendly relations between Pakistan and China are expected to further grow after election of Shehbaz Sharif as new Prime Minister of the country.
Director of the Research Department at National Strategy Institute at Tsinghua University, Qian Feng, said China-Pakistan relations are expected to remain worry-free.
He said ever since Shahbaz Sharif was elected as Pakistan’s new prime minister, he has highlighted the friendship between the two countries which was also echoed by the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
He said given positive remarks from both sides in recent days, China-Pakistan relations are expected to further improve.
