At an economic climate seminar, Wang emphasized China’s resilient foreign trade in 2023, maintaining stability amid global pressures.
China’s trade structure saw enhancements, boasting greater diversity among partners, showcasing robust adaptability. Despite challenges like subdued external demand, Wang affirmed China’s enduring economic fundamentals, a robust pillar supporting foreign trade growth.
Expressing confidence in elevating trade quality, Wang outlined plans aligned with the Communist Party’s principles and recent economic directives. Efforts will focus on expansive high-level openness, fostering new trade drivers, expanding intermediate goods, service, digital, and cross-border e-commerce exports, and deepening international economic collaborations.
