The fourth China-UK Investor Forum opened in London on Tuesday, bringing together policymakers, financial leaders, and industry experts to promote deeper cooperation in innovation, investment, and economic development between the two countries.
Hosted by OMFIF, the event gathered more than 100 senior representatives from public and private sectors, including sovereign wealth funds, banks, asset managers, insurance firms, technology developers, and private investors.
Chinese Ambassador to the UK Zheng Zeguang highlighted China’s commitment to high-quality development and encouraged British businesses to expand their presence in the Chinese market. He emphasized opportunities in green finance, clean technology, asset management, and insurance, and encouraged UK companies to leverage platforms like the China International Import Expo.
