Muhammad Muntaha Ashraf, chairman of PBIT, was presented the Consul General’s Friendship Award at a ceremony at the Chinese Consulate in Lahore. Acting Consul General Cao Ke acknowledged Ashraf’s contributions in enhancing trade and investment ties between Punjab and Chinese partners.
The ceremony also highlighted opportunities for further collaboration on trade and investment initiatives, reflecting the growing economic partnership between Chinese provinces and Pakistan’s largest province.
Ashraf said the award emphasizes the importance of sustained Sino-Pakistan cooperation, while the Consul General’s Friendship Award continues to honor individuals driving impactful progress in bilateral trade, investment, and collaboration.
