Pakistan strongly condemned the U.S. strikes on three Iranian nuclear facilities on Sunday, expressing deep concern over the potential for further escalation and instability in the region.

In an official statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the situation as extremely troubling, warning that the ongoing aggression against Iran could lead to far-reaching and devastating consequences beyond the immediate region.

The statement underscored the urgent need to safeguard civilian lives and property, calling for an immediate end to hostilities. It also stressed that all involved parties must uphold international law, especially international humanitarian law.

Pakistan reiterated that dialogue and diplomacy, guided by the UN Charter’s principles and objectives, remain the only sustainable path toward resolving the crisis peacefully
