Alibaba.com, a global leader in B2B e-commerce, has launched a comprehensive suite of online logistics services designed specifically to support Pakistani exporters in streamlining their international trade operations.
With cross-border e-commerce surging, Pakistani SMEs now face both growth opportunities and logistics challenges. High shipping costs, limited tracking, and customs complexities often hinder efficient exports. Recognizing this, Alibaba.com has partnered with major international express delivery firms like CPEX to provide a fully integrated logistics solution to over 200 global destinations.
The new services cover end-to-end logistics, from packaging and warehousing to final delivery, and offer real-time tracking, customs advisory, and AI-powered route optimization. Businesses benefit from transparent pricing, competitive freight rates, and digitalized logistics tools, allowing them to cut costs while ensuring timely deliveries.
“Reliable logistics are essential for SMEs to succeed in global trade,” said Summer Gao, Head of Global Supply Chain at Alibaba.com. “Our services help Pakistani businesses compete internationally by enhancing efficiency, reducing risks, and expanding market access.”
Clush Industries, a Lahore-based garment exporter, is a success story of Alibaba.com’s logistics integration. CEO Zulqarnain Baryar noted that 100% of their export revenue now comes via the platform. “Alibaba’s logistics services have improved our order tracking and delivery timelines, helping us expand in markets like the U.S., U.K., and Australia,” he said.
Berry Ma, Head of Pakistan Business at Alibaba.com, added, “Our goal is to break down traditional trade barriers for Pakistani exporters and fuel their global success.”
With this move, Alibaba.com continues to strengthen its commitment to Pakistan’s digital export ecosystem, offering vital tools for sustainable business growth on the world stage.
