Nation stands resolute behind armed forces to eradicate terrorism, PM stated as he visited Quetta after the inhumane attack on a school bus in Khuzdar.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, accompanied by the Ministers for Defence, Interior, and Information, along with Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, visited Quetta to meet with the injured children and other victims of the brutal school bus attack allegedly carried out by Indian-backed elements (Fitna Al-Hindustan).
During the visit, the Chief Minister of Balochistan and the Commander of Quetta Corps provided a detailed briefing on the tragic attack, which claimed the lives of three young children and two soldiers. A total of 53 people were wounded, including 39 schoolchildren, with eight in critical condition.
The Prime Minister, federal ministers, and the Field Marshal conveyed heartfelt condolences over the tragic loss of innocent lives and the injuries inflicted upon schoolchildren.
Upon witnessing the severely injured children, they condemned the attack as a disgraceful and cowardly act of terrorism orchestrated by Indian-sponsored elements.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif affirmed that the entire nation stands united with its Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies in their determination to eliminate terrorism and protect Pakistan’s sovereignty and national security.
Both the Prime Minister and the Field Marshal emphasized the need for a renewed national commitment—similar to the unity recently shown in the face of Indian aggression—to decisively defeat foreign-backed terrorism once and for all.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office, these terrorist groups, operating under the guise of ethnic movements, are being used by India as instruments of its state policy. Their actions tarnish the legacy of the Baloch and Pashtun communities, who have historically opposed extremism and violence.
India’s use of such unethical methods, especially the deliberate targeting of children, must be urgently addressed by the international community. Terrorism should never be tolerated as a legitimate tool of foreign policy.
Pakistan’s security forces and law enforcement agencies are committed to bringing all individuals responsible for this inhumane act to justice.
Those behind, supporting, or enabling the attack will face accountability. India’s duplicitous role, as the actual instigator of terrorism while falsely portraying itself as a victim, now stands clearly revealed to the world.
