Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday sent a message of condolence to Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian following a devastating explosion at a port in Iran.
Expressing deep sorrow, Xi noted that he was profoundly shocked to hear about the severe blast at Shahid Rajaee Port in Bandar Abbas, which resulted in significant loss of life and injuries.
Conveying the sentiments of the Chinese government and people, Xi offered heartfelt condolences for the victims and extended sympathies to those injured and to the families who lost their loved ones.
