China successfully launched the Shenzhou-20 manned spacecraft on Thursday, sending a trio of astronauts to its space station for a mission lasting six months.
The spacecraft was carried into orbit by a Long March-2F rocket, which lifted off from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in the country’s northwest.
