President Xi urges UN action for peace in Palestine underlying that solution lies in peaceful resolution.
Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized on Tuesday the urgent need to fully and effectively implement the relevant UN Security Council resolutions to bring an end to the ongoing conflict. He called for swift action to halt the war and restore peace.
Xi highlighted that the ultimate solution lies in advancing the two-state framework and fostering a political resolution to the Palestinian issue. His remarks were conveyed in a congratulatory message sent to a UN meeting held to mark the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.
